Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your device as quickly as possible. All devices are brand new and we work hard to achieve a next day turnaround, but it does sometimes take longer, especially in the current climate, so we cannot guarantee a despatch date.

Covid-19 Update

We are currently despatching orders as normal although there will be delays due to the current national laptop stock situation due to Covid-19 and Brexit. 

  • Please allow 3-5 working days from the date of your order until despatch.
  • If we are unable to source your device we will contact you and offer an alternative, or refund you.
  • If you are concerned about receiving your delivery face to face, please use the ‘leave in a safe place’ option in the delivery notification email/SMS message or the DPD website when you receive your tracking details. If you are in to receive your parcel, DPD will sign for the delivery on your behalf to prevent un-necessary contact.

We use DPD to despatch your order, who will contact you with a 1 hour delivery window on the day before delivery. You will have the option to rearrange the delivery date, or request for the item to be left in a safe place, so you can be sure of receiving your item when it's convenient for you

Our delivery services:

  • Standard Delivery is free when you spend £250
    This includes delivery to the UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish Highlands and Islands.
    Orders normally leave our warehouse in 3 to 5 working days and are despatched by DPD on a Next Working Day service.

  • Standard Delivery is £7.50 for Orders Under £250

Delays may occur during delivery that are out of our control. Please refer to the tracking information provided once your order has been dispatched for delivery information.

All orders are dispatched using DPD and in most cases, delivery takes place the next working day following despatch.

However, as with all delivery services, there is a risk that orders may be delayed in transit.

DPD offer a 1 hour delivery slot, and will contact you with details on the morning of delivery. This will be by email, text message, or through their mobile app if you have it installed. You will then be offered some alternative delivery options if required, such as re-arranging the delivery date, or having the item delivered to a safe place.

 

Re-Arranging Delivery

If you are not in when DPD call, they will leave a card with details of how you can re-arrange your delivery if you are not in as expected.

Any delays that occur once the item has left our warehouse are unfortunately out of control of the Stone Group.

  • Next day delivery is only available on orders of 1 item currently.
  • Orders placed over weekends or Bank Holidays are processed the next working day.
  • During exceptionally busy periods, these delivery times may change. If there are any delays, you will be informed of this during the checkout process.
  • We only ship to addresses in the UK.
