All orders are dispatched using DPD and in most cases, delivery takes place the next working day following despatch.
However, as with all delivery services, there is a risk that orders may be delayed in transit.
DPD offer a 1 hour delivery slot, and will contact you with details on the morning of delivery. This will be by email, text message, or through their mobile app if you have it installed. You will then be offered some alternative delivery options if required, such as re-arranging the delivery date, or having the item delivered to a safe place.
If you are not in when DPD call, they will leave a card with details of how you can re-arrange your delivery if you are not in as expected.
Any delays that occur once the item has left our warehouse are unfortunately out of control of the Stone Group.
